Today we are going to show you how to make homemade chicken puffs, using crescent rolls. This was a recipe we had never tried before and none of us were really sure how it was going to turn out. We used leftover chicken when we made ours, which was perfect! I am always looking for fun ways to use leftovers! This recipe was easy to make, and tasted amazing! I was shocked it was so good! And there are so many variations you can make with this! Make it with beef, or make it with fish! So many things you could do! Stuff it full of veggies! I can’t wait to try more versions of this!
You can watch the video above to see how much fun we had while making these Chicken Puffs.

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, hot cooked chicken (warm it up if you are using leftover chicken), onion, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Take your crescent rolls, and pinch two of the triangles together to make squares. Put a spoonful of the mix in the center of each square. Make sure you put an even amount on each one. Add the bits of broccoli to the tops. Now fold the corners and sides of the crescent rolls and seal everything inside. Then press down lightly and slightly flatten it all together. Brush the tops with a bit of butter and sprinkle with crushed crutons. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the tops turn nice and brown. Enjoy!
