Breakfast Casserole Recipe, or as well tend to call it, Egg Bake! This is an amazing meal that is great for breakfast or dinner. We used to make this for dinner all the time. It’s a meal that can not only feed a lot of people for fairly cheep, but it also fills you right up!

- 8 large eggs
- 1 package bacon
- 4 cups croutons of choice
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 cups cheese of choice
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Before starting, pre cook 1 entire package of bacon. Make it as wimpy or crispy as you want it. Preheat your oven to 325° Fahrenheit. We are using a 9x13 pan. Make sure you spray your pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Pour all 4 cups of croutons of your choice into the bottom of the pan. You can also use toast, or hash-browns, really you can try just about anything that will soak up eggs. Pour butter over top of the croutons. Mix together eggs, mustard, and milk. Pour mixture over top of the croutons. Now spread the cheese all over the top of that, and then spread your crumbled bacon on top of that. Place it in the over and bake for 40 - 45 minutes. The top will start to get brown. Once it's done baking, allow it to sit for around 15 minutes. This is mainly so you don't burn your face off! That's it! Enjoy!
